Susan Ougham (Senior Associate) — Susan is a Senior Associate with the firm with more than 15 years experience in litigation matters.
Susan has a law degree from the University of Technology in Sydney and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Before joining Kell Moore in March 2006 Susan was based in Sydney and has been involved in a wide range of commercial litigation matters in all New South Wales jurisdictions with an emphasis on contractual disputes, professional negligence and insolvency litigation.
