Richard Hogan (Accredited Specialist in Family Law) — Richard joined Kell Moore Solicitors in July 2002 and heads the firm's family law section.
After 21 years as a Barrister, Richard has decided to return to his hometown of Albury. During his time as a Barrister he has offered advice in all aspects of family law and de facto relationship law including divorce, property settlement and children's issues.
Richard has extensive knowledge of proceedings in the Family Court of Australia in both the first instance and at an appellate level. He also has vast experience with complicated issues relating to financial and children's matters from interlocutory proceedings to appellate work.
While Richard primarily practices in the area of family law, he can advise on more complex types of litigation including issues relating to estate and commercial litigation.
