Matthew Rogers (Principal) — Matthew has been with the firm since 2000, having graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce. Matthew was appointed Principal of the firm on 1st July 2005.
Since joining the firm Matthew has had extensive experience in court appearances for Local, District and Supreme Courts and has appeared before various tribunals. Matthew now practices predominantly in the fields of Local Government and Planning law and advises numerous Councils in southern NSW and northern Victorian region and also acts for individual clients in this field. Matthew regularly appears before the Land and Environment Court and is an active member of the Environmental Planning Law Association (NSW).
