Brian Curphey (Principal) Brian joined the firm in 1971 and became a Partner in 1981. Since being admitted to practice in 1979, Brian has been involved in all areas of property and development. Brian has acted for and continues to act in relation to many property and development projects in the region. He also acts for a large property developer in relation to the acquisition and development of substantial shopping centres throughout southern New South Wales. He has extensive experience in the areas of business, corporate and trust law, as well as liquor licensing across New South Wales and Victoria. The nature of this work has meant that Brian has developed a thorough and learned knowledge of legislation and process in both states. Kell Moore was appointed solicitor for Albury City Council in 1998, during this time Brian has been extensively involved in all matters relative to Property and Planning. Brian has also dealt with most matters relative to proceedings in the Land and Environment Court and is an active member of the Environmental Planning Law Association.
