Andrew Williams (Principal) — Having been admitted to practice in 1975, Andrew commenced practicing with Kell Moore Solicitors in 1988 and became a Partner in 1989. Andrew has been a commercial litigation lawyer over the last 18 years. He heads the firm's litigation section and is an active member of the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers' Association.

Andrew has given advice, prepared documentation and acted in litigious and non-litigious matters on a range of legal issues including:

  • Commercial and property litigation involving securities, loan agreements, loan contracts and general commercial agreements
