Alan Chick (Associate) — Alan has had 32 years experience in the Building and Construction Industry. Prior to his appointment to Kell Moore Solicitors, he was an active director of a leading border building and construction company. This gained him considerable experience in employment, taxation and intellectual property law.

For over 10 years Alan has acted as a consultant to the firm in matters relating to Building and Construction Law, Occupational Health and Safety and Retail and Commercial Development. On June 12 1981, he was admitted to practice and has actively worked with Kell Moore Solicitors on a full time basis since May 1999.

In addition to his Diploma of Law, Alan has recently completed studies which have lead to admission to the degree of Master of Laws in Building and Construction.
